  Great helpful staff on the men's suit section. Very knowledgeable and couldn't have done more to help. Same for the men's shoes department however, very understaffed, was constantly waiting to get shoes, pay etc, but the staff were very apologetic. It's not their fault they were swamped management needs to employ more staff on the shoe department.

  I had a lovely time on Saturday at the Dior counter with the lovely Kieran who expertly guided me through an excellent range of products and helped me sort out my face! I really appreciated the time he gave me and the effects of his handy work was brilliant! Thank you

  Shop is big and clean, you can shop there everything what you need from high brands! but second time when I am on the women's shoes section to buy some heels or boots ladies from customer service are so rude, not nice, snobbish behavior and looks like I am disturbing them at work doing my shopping. Even on tills, I paid over £100 for boots and no "hello" no "goodbye" no "thank you" .

  First place I visit when clothes shopping, has a lot of top brands on one floor. I completely agree with Daniels comment about the staff on the men's suit section. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me absolutely invaluable advice. Also the other departments like electricals and kitchenware are very good if not as big as other stores.
